摘　　要：本文全面评价我国公路交通服务水平的发展现状和存在的主要问题,剖析制约公路交通服务水平的影响因素,提出公路交通服务的战略对策,包括加强公路交通服务标准体系建设,规范高速公路交通服务区管理,加快推进ETC全国联网,加快推进ETC全国联网,推进我国高速公路交通广播建设,完善出行信息服务体系,加强公路养护作业组织管理,公开公路建设市场信息等。The paper presents the situation and evaluate the main problems of the development of the highway transportation service level in China. The factors affecting the service level of highway traffic are analyzed, and the strategic direction and construction tasks are put forward,which focus on as followings： （1）strengthen the construction of highway transportation service standards system,（2）regulate the traffic service area management of expressway,（3）accelerate the ETC national networking,（4）accelerate the ETC national networking,（5）Promoting the construction of China＇s highway transportation and broadcasting,（6）further improve the travel information service system,（7）strengthen the management of highway maintenance operation organization,（8）public highway construction market information.
