摘  要:采用粉末冶金制备技术,在原WC-Ni-Co-Cr合金材质的基础上,以Al N的形式加入少量Al,部分替代合金中的Cr。结果表明:添加Al的WC-Ni-Co-Al-Cr合金粘结相中,原位生成金属间化合物γ'相(Ni,Co)3Al,使合金抗弯强度和硬度明显提高,但Al以Al N的形式加入,使得烧结过程变得相当复杂,Al N在高温下,分解逸出N,造成合金中碳的损失,引起合金钴磁下降。脱N过程的失C,将成为WC-Ni-Co-Al-Cr合金需要解决的关键问题。Using powder metallurgy technology, small amount of Al was added into WC-Ni-Co-Cr roller ring material to partly replace Cr in the form of Al N. The results show that intermetallic γ' phase((Ni,Co)3Al) is formed in the binder phase of WC-Ni-Co-Al-Cr alloy, which can significantly increase the flexural strength and hardness of the alloy. However, the addition of Al in the form of Al N would make the sintering process rather complex. Al N is decomposed at high temperature.Then N element escapes, resulting in the loss of carbon, which would decrease the Co-magnetism of the alloy. The loss of carbon during the decomposing of N would be a key issue to be solved in the preparation of WC-Ni-Co-Al-Cr alloy.
