摘　　要：目的了解医务人员锐器伤的发生情况,并探讨防控措施。方法对某院2009-2012年登记上报的职业暴露情况进行回顾性分析。结果 2009-2012年某院共发生锐器伤94人。锐器伤的发生率以护士为最高(50.00%),医技人员发生率最低(5.32%);锐器伤发生的工作年限以5年以下(82.98%)占首位;在不同发生地点之间,以病人床单元内发生率最高(26.60%);其次是手术室(13.83%),职业暴露方式以注射时发生(22.34%)占首位,其次为输液后拔针(21.28%);暴露病种以乙型肝炎(21.28%)占首位,其次是梅毒(10.64%)。发生锐器伤后均能采取各项有效措施处理伤口,无血源性感染发生。结论分析锐器伤的危险因素,增强医务人员锐器伤防范意识,加强职业安全教育培训,尽量避免或减少锐器伤的发生。Objective Understanding medical personnel sharp instrument wound ＇s occurrence,and discuss the prevention and control measures. Methods To carry out the review analysis for registered and reported occupation exposition situation for a service center during 2009- 2012. Results A total of 94 sharp instrument injured people cases happened in a service center during 2009- 2012. Sharp instrument wound＇s formation rate takes the highest for nurses（ 50. 00%）,the medical technique personnel formation rate is the lowest（ 5. 32%）,the work age that the sharp instrument wound has（ 82. 98%） occupies the first place by below 5 years,in has the places differently,in formation rate highest（ 26. 6%） by patient bed unit,next is the operating room（ 13. 83%）,when the occupation exposition way to inject has（ 22. 34%） to occupy the first place,after next infusion,removes the acupuncture needles（ 21. 28%）,the exposed sickness plants by the hepatitis B（ 21. 28%） occupies the first place,next is syphilis（ 10. 64%）. After having the sharp instrument wound,adopt various effective action processing wounds,non- hematogenous infection occurrence. Conclusions To analyze sharp instrument wound＇s risk factors,strengthens the medical personnel sharp instrument wound precaution consciousness,strengthen occupational safety education training,to avoid or reduce the occurrence of reduced sharp instrument wound as far as possible.
