摘 要:目的建立流动注射仪测定生活饮用水中硫化物的方法。方法利用流动注射分析技术实现在线分析,改进样品稳定剂,通过亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定饮用水中的硫化物。结果硫化物质量浓度在0.02 mg/L^0.5 mg/L范围内可获得良好线性,达到0.9 999;检出限为0.003 mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.1%;回收率为98.5%~102.5%;结果与国标方法差异无统计学意义(t1=2.08,t2=1.20,P>0.05)。结论流动注射分析技术操作简单、快捷省时、精密度和准确度高,适合大批量水质样品的分析测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of sulfide in drinking water by flow injection analysis. Methods Samples were analyzed automatically on line by flow injection analysis technology,and sample stabilizers were improved,which sulfide was determined with the methylene blue spectrophotometric method. Results Good linear was obtained in the concentration range of 0. 02 mg/L- 0. 5mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The limit of detection was 0. 003 mg/L. The relative standard deviations( RSD) was1. 7%- 5. 1% and the average recovery was 98. 5%- 102. 5%. No statistically significant difference with the national standard method was observed( t1= 2. 08,t2= 1. 20,P〈0. 05). Conclusions The method is simple,fast and accurate,so it is suitable for great quantities samples of drinking water analysis.
