摘 要:目的检测甲苯进入机体后对主要脏器(脑、心、肝、肺、肾脏)微量元素(Fe、En、Cu)的影响,探讨微量元素在甲苯的毒性方面作用机制。方法模拟环境甲苯污染途径,采用吸入染毒方法对小鼠进行染毒30 d后处死,取出脑、心、肝、肺、肾脏组织,测定小鼠各脏器的脏器系数,经消化后进行微量元素的测定。结果甲苯染毒组肝脏、肺脏和脑组织的脏器系数随着染毒剂量的增高出现下降趋势,并且各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲苯使肝脏、脑、肾脏中Fe、Cu含量均降低(P<0.05),而心脏和肺脏中2种元素高于对照组(P<0.05);以上差异均有统计学意义。Zn元素主要表现为肝脏和肾脏中减少(P<0.05),肺中含量增高(P<0.05);以上差异均有统计学意义。结论甲苯引起小鼠体内微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe的重分布,对肝脏、肺脏和脑组织产生一定的损伤。Objective To detect the influence on main organ( brain, heart, liver, lung and kidney) of trace elements (i- ron, zinc and copper)of toluene into the body, and explore the mechanism of action of tract elements in the toxicity of tolu- ene. Methods Environmental pollution was simulated and mice were exposed to the toluene as inhalation. Thirty days later the mice were killed and extracted the brain, heart, liver, lung and kidney of the mice. Organ coefficient of various organs of mice was determined and the trace elements in the mice were monitored after digestion. Results Toluene in mice liver, lung and brain organs coefficient decreased with the dose increased, and there was significant difference between the groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Toluene reduced Fe and Cu content in the liver, brain and kidney, and the two elements in the heart and lung were higher than in the control group. Zn elements mainly reduced in liver and kidney, increased in lung. Conclusion Toluene causes redistribution of Zn, Cu, Fe in the mice , and has a certain impact to the lung, liver and brain.
