摘 要:目的对某面粉生产企业的职业病危害因素进行现状检测与评价。方法通过职业卫生学现场调查,识别生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素种类及产生环节,选择主要工种和主要工作地点进行样品的采集和检验。结果该企业生产过程中的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声、工频电场。经现场检测,粉尘短时间浓度为1.0~33.5mg/m3,粉尘时间加权平均浓度为2.8~27.2mg/m3,各工种作业工人接触噪声的等效声级为74.5~79.1dB(A),工作场所噪声强度为58.3~96.6dB(A),工频电场为11.23~87.68V/m。结论该面粉生产企业职业病危害因素中某些检测值偏高,应提高防护措施,有效控制职业病危害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards in the flour production enterprise. Methods Surveys were con- ducted on the scenes by occupational hygienic method about recognition of types of occupational hazard factors during pro- duction process and collection of samples from main trades and main workplaces. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the enterprise were dust, noise and power frequency electric field. Short time dust concentration was 1.0 -33.5 mg/m3 , average weighted time dust coneentration was 2.8 - 27.2 mg/m3 , equivalent sound level of workers was 74.5 - 79. 1 dB(A) , workplace noise intensity was 58.3 -96. 6 dB (A), power frequency eleetric field was 11.23 -87.68 V/ m. Conclusion Some values of the occupational risk factors are high. It' s suggested to improve protection measures to effectively eontrol the eoncentration and intensity of occupational hazard factors in ease of the occurrence of occupational diseases.
