摘 要:目的识别某公司橡胶装置职业病危害因素,并分析职业病危害防护措施的不足及确定关键控制点。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果该生产装置生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有正己烷、异戊二烯、粉尘、噪声;正己烷检测合格率100%,粉尘检测合格率100%,噪声测量合格率50%。结论该生产装置后处理工序高噪声设备较多,造成噪声叠加,噪声危害应引起企业重视,同时应加强后处理工序防护设施的检修维护,加强通风排毒,保证正常运行。Objective To identify the occupational hazard factors of the device for producing rubber, determine the short- age of the occupation disease prevention measures and the critical control points. Methods Through field investigation and field test method, qualitative and quantitative evaluation were achieved. Results The main occupational hazard factors from the production process were n - hexane, isoprene, dust and noise. The qualified rates of n - hexane, dust and noise were 100% ,100% and 50% , respectively. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the noise hazard, because many high noise equipments were installed on the post treatment of this process and caused addition noises. At the same time, the workers should often maintain the protective facilities and strengthen the ventilation in order to ensure the normal operation of the devices.
