某硫磺制酸项目职业病危害预评价

摘　　要：目的识别、分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素，评价危害程度，确定职业病危害类别，为建设项目职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、类比法、检查表分析法等方法进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。结果该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害因素和危害程度、职业病防护设施、辅助用室、应急救援、个人使用的职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理等内容基本符合国家有关规定。硫酸检测3个工种及21个工作岗位，检测结果为〈0．13～0．22mg／m。；噪声测量包括3个工种及12个工作岗位，定点测量结果为70．2—90．1dB（A），个体测量结果为70．4～80．4dB（A）。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目，按规定进行职业病危害防护设施设计和施工，达到《工业企业设计卫生标准》要求后，正常生产条件下．工作场所存在的职业病危害因素将可基本得到控制。Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards in the project and predict the category and risk degree of occupational hazards, provide a scientific basis for the occupational diseases harm classification management of construc- tion project. Methods The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the project was carried out by the methods of occupation- al health field investigation, detection , analogy and check list. Results The items of selection, overall layout, production process and equipment layout, architectural hygiene, harm factors and degree of occupational diseases, protective measures for occupational diseases, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue measures, personal protective equipments, occupational health managements met the requirements of national standards. The results of sulfuric acid in 3 workers and 21 work sites were 〈0. 13 -0. 22 mg/m3. The results of noise in 3 workers were 70.4 -80. 4 dB（ A）, and the results of noise in 12 work sites were 70. 2 - 90. 1 dB （ A ）. Conclusion The project can be evaluated the seriously occupational hazards con- struction project. If all the occupational health managements and facilities are carefully carried out to achieve the require- ments of Industrial Design Health Standards （GBZ 1 -2010）. Under the normal production conditions, the occupational hazards could be prevented and controlled.
