地域功能视阈下的河南城市组团发展研究

摘　　要：城市组团发展是城市化发展的方向和趋势。坚持以已有的地域功能发育状况为基础,突出组团城市的地域主导功能定位并加以强化,在获得规模优势的同时凸显其价值优势,实现城市的可持续发展,是进行组团规划和推进城市组团发展的根本要求。以河南18个省辖市为例,运用层次分析法,构建经济功能、生态功能、文化功能评价指标体系并计算其功能值,结合定性分析方法构建河南城市功能组团发展框架,提出不同功能组团发展的策略与建议。Urban agglomeration＇ s development was a direction and tendency of urbanization development. Adhere to basis on the existing territory function development state, highlighting and strengthening the urban agglomeration＇s territory dominant function, highlighting its value advantages in the scale advantages, and then to realize the sustainable development of the urban was the fundamental requirement to conduct agglomeration planning and promote the development of urban agglomeration＇s development. This paper took Henan 18 municipalities for example, adopting the AHP, building economic function, ecological function, cultural function evaluation index system to calculate the function value. This paper built the I-lenan urban function agglomeration＇s development framework, and put forward different functional agglomeration＇s development strategies and suggestion.
