延安大学医学专业新生军训后心理状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解军训后医学专业新生的心理状况,为地方院校开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,选择军训后新生为研究对象,采用SCL-90量表进行调查。结果军训后新生的各因子均分在1.32-1.68,4个因子分低于全国青年常模（t检验,均为P〈0.01）,且各因子均分低于老生（t检验,均为P〈0.01）;女生在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑和恐怖等4个方面均分高于男生（t检验,P〈0.05）;新生各因子得分≥2的检出率范围为6.67%-27.69%,均低于老生（经χ^2检验,均为P〈0.001）,各因子得分≥3的检出率合计为11.43%,也低于老生的合计率18.68%（χ^2=9.194,P〈0.001）。结论地方院校医学专业军训后的新生心理健康状态较好,建议军训时间推迟至二年级进行,可配合心理健康问题适当改变军训内容,并开设心理健康教育课程。Objective To understand the mental health status of medical freshman after military training; provide the basis for local colleges to carry out mental health education. Methods By cluster sampling,an anonymous survey was carried out among the freshman after military training with SCL- 90. Results The average scores of each factors was at the range of 1. 32 - 1. 68,and was lower than the National Youth norm（ t test,P〈0. 01）; all average scores of the freshman in SCL- 90 were lower than the old（ t test,P〈0. 01）; the average scores of the female in 4 aspects of obsessive- compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and phobia score were higher than those of the man（ t test,P〈0. 05）; The detection rates of factors score≥2 were at ranges from 6. 67% to 27. 69%,and were lower than those of the old（ after 2 test,P〈0. 01）; the total detection rates of factors score≥3 was 11. 43%,it was lower than the senior student＇s 18. 68%（ 2 = 9. 194,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The psychological health state of the freshman after military training was better in local colleges and universities. We Suggest to postponed for military training time to the second grade,and can be matched with mental health problem proper change the military training content. The mental health education curriculum is set up in local colleges and universities.
