老年性肺结核胸部并发症的CT分析

摘　　要：目的提高对老年性肺结核胸部并发症CT表现的认识。方法回顾性分析经临床证实的290例老年性肺结核合并症患者的胸部CT影像学特点。结果 209例老年性肺结核胸部并发症中胸腔积液70例,自发性气胸25例,肺部感染45例,空洞及支气管播散30例,支气管扩张32例,阻塞性肺气肿35例,矽肺25例,肺癌28例。结论老年人肺结核胸部并发症CT表现复杂,缺乏特异性CT表现,需结合临床资料、纤维支气管镜检查、经皮肺活检穿刺等检查,以期早诊断、早治疗。Objective To deepen the understanding of the complications of senile tuberculosis on chest CT. Methods Chest CT imaging features of 290 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complications confirmed by clinical was retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 209 elderly patients with tuberculosis accompanying thoracic complications： 70 cases of pleural effusion,25 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax,45 cases of lung infection,30 cases of empty and bronchial spread,32 cases of bronchiectasis,35 cases of obstructive emphysema,25 cases of silicosis,28 cases of lung cancer. Conclusion CT manifestations of the senile tuberculosis chest complications was complex and lack of specificity of CT findings,being combined with clinical data,fiberoptic bronchoscopy and the lung biopsy puncture examination by leather et al,to early diagnose and treatment.
