结扎子宫动脉上行支在前置胎盘再次剖宫产术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨结扎子宫动脉上行支在前置胎盘再次剖宫产术中的疗效。方法选取2011-01-2013-01在我院妇产科行前置胎盘剖宫产的60例产妇,其中30例行双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎的患者为观察组,另外30例行传统缝合止血和宫腔填塞的患者为对照组。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血情况。结果所有产妇均顺利完成手术,但观察组手术时间、术中出血量与输血例数均明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论前置胎盘再次剖宫产术中采用结扎子宫动脉上行支能获得更好的止血效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore effect of ascending branches of uterine artery ligation in cesarean section again placenta previa. Methods 60 cases with cesarean section again placenta previa were selected in our hospital during January 2011 to January 2013. 30 cases underwent bilateral ascending uterine artery ligation in observation group;the other 30 cases underwent traditional suture hemostasis and uterine tamponade in control group. Operative time,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion were observed in two groups. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery,but operative time,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion cases were significantly less in observation group than in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Ascending uterine artery ligation can obtain better hemostatic effect in cesarean section again placenta previa,and it is worthy of clinical application.
