某综合医院中药房开展用药咨询服务的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院中药师在药学服务中的作用。方法整理、归纳本院中药房2013-01-2014-12开展用药咨询服务的记录,并进行分析和总结。结果咨询者以年轻人、农村患者为主,咨询内容广泛而具体,包括中药配方颗粒服用方法与中药饮片的煎煮、服用、贮存方法（62.2%）、贵重药材真伪辨认（7.3%）、中西药联用服药方法（13.6%）、中药功效与不良反应（9.9%）以及价格医保问题（5.4%）等。结论综合医院中药师开展中医药咨询服务工作,对保证患者合理用药、提高中药治疗效果至关重要;同时有助于提高药师的专业水平,促进临床与患者合理应用中药。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effects of traditional Chinese pharmacist on the pharmaceutical service in a general hospital.METHODS A total of 575 cases of drug consultation records in the hospital from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were collected and analyzed. RESULTS Most of the consultants were young patients and rural patients. The contents of the consulting included the methods of taking Chinese traditional medicine formula granule and the storage methods of Chinese traditional medicine（ 62. 2%）,identifying of precious medicine（ 7. 3%）,taking medicine for united of Chinese and western medicine（ 13. 6%）. In addition,the patients also consult the adverse reaction of medicine（ 9. 9%）,the price of medicine and health insurance（ 5. 4%） and so on.CONCLUSION The consultation of Chinese traditional medicine in general hospital is important,which can ensure the rational drug application of patients,enhancing the effects of Chinese traditional medicine,improving the professional level of pharmacists,and promoting rational use of Chinese medicine.
