摘 要:利用高温炉对00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢开展了一系列高温下的稳态拉伸试验、瞬态拉伸试验和蠕变试验,测得了不锈钢在不同高温温度下的弹性模量、屈服强度、极限强度、极限应变、伸长率和蠕变应变.利用MATLAB软件对00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢各力学性能(弹性模量、屈服强度、极限强度、极限应变、伸长率)与温度关系曲线和蠕变曲线进行了拟合.结果表明:当应力水平为0.2fu(fu为不锈钢常温极限强度)时,00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢在较高温度(600℃)下的短期蠕变应变相当明显,在钢结构抗火计算时应考虑短期蠕变应变对钢结构响应的影响.所建立的00Cr17Ni14Mo2不锈钢各力学性能与温度关系方程均能较好地拟合试验结果.A series of steady tensile test, transient tensile test and creep test of 00Crl 7Nil 4Mo2 stainless steel were carried out at different high temperatures using high temperature furnace, and the elastic modulus, yield- ing strength, ultimate strength, ultimate strain, elongation and creep strain of the material at different high temperatures were obtained. Based on the experimental results, the curves of the relationships between each mechanical property(elastic modulus, yielding strength, ultimate strength, ultimate strain, elongation) of the material and temperature and creep curve of the material were fitted by MATLAB software. It is seen that at higher temperature(600 ℃) the short period creep strain of 00Crl 7Ni14Mo2 stainless steel is so evident that the effect of it on steel structural response is necessary to be considered for fire-resistance computation of steel structure while the stress level is at 0.2fu(fu is ultimate strength at room temperature). It is also shown that the fitting equations for relationships between each mechanical property of 00Crl 7Ni14Mo2 stainless steel and temperature are all identical with the experimental results.
