摘 要:针对内蒙古中西部地区钢结构体系表面涂层长期遭受风沙冲蚀这一现状,采用气流挟沙喷射法,对钢结构涂层受风沙冲蚀磨损的程度进行了研究及分析;提出了评价涂层冲蚀磨损程度的计算方法,并应用相似性理论将试验结果与实际工况进行了对比分析.结果表明:涂层的冲蚀磨损质量损失随冲蚀速度的增加而增加;最大冲蚀磨损质量损失出现在冲蚀角度为45°时,最小冲蚀磨损质量损失出现在冲蚀角度为90°时;所提出的涂层冲蚀磨损程度评价公式计算结果与试验结果基本吻合;试验条件为下沙率360g/min,冲蚀速度30m/s,冲蚀时间12min的涂层冲蚀磨损结果,相当于强沙尘暴密集区的钢结构涂层受到5.05-83.0个月的冲蚀磨损.In view of the present steel-structure the coating surface has long been eroded by sandstorm in the central and western region of Inner Mongolia. The sand flow injection test method was used to study the erosion wear on the steel-structure coating in sandstorm. A formula for assessing the erosion degree of the coating was proposed. Through the similarity theory, the experimental results and the actual working condition were compared and analyzed. Results show that the erosion mass loss of the coating rises with the erosion speed erosion mass loss is highest at 45° and lowest at 90°. The calculated results from the formula is in good agreement with the test results the erosion results under the experimental condition of 360 g/min, 30 m/s and 12 min are equivalent to those suffered erosion wear from 5.5 to 83.0 months in concentrated areas of actual sandstorm.
