摘　　要：家庭是人类灵魂的栖息之所,也是情感体验的中心。菲利普·罗斯在《人性的污秽》中深切关注了当代家庭婚恋的关系,即父辈和子辈、丈夫和妻子以及男女情人之间的关系,暴露了家庭生活中两代人的冲突问题,谴责了爱情婚姻中的利己主义,提出了建立和谐家庭的基本要素,诸如真爱、信任、真诚、尊重、理解和包容。同时罗斯也表明了对自由、公正、平等和谐社会的向往。Family is the home to the soul of human beings,and the center where people experience emotionally as well. In The Human Stain,it is deeply concerned about the family and love relationship in contemporary society,namely the relationship between father and son,husband and wife,and lovers. Philip Roth exposes the conflict between two generations and condemns the egoism in love and marriage. Meanwhile,he puts forward the basic elements of establishing a harmonious family,such as love,trust,sincerity,respect,understanding and tolerance. Meanwhile,he also shows his longing for a harmonious society of freedom,justice and equality.
