东北人口困局破解路径分析

摘　　要：近期各大媒体纷纷围绕"东北人口危机"、"东北人口老龄化加重"和"东北发展后继无人"等问题展开讨论。历史上"闯关东"大潮令东北人口大幅度增长,然而随着东北经济辉煌不再,导致人口大量流失,甚至出现负增长现象。本文试对东北人口问题现状和原因进行分析,并从国企分离分类重组、高校创新创业提供就业机遇和转变文化传统促进区域合作三个方面,分析如何振兴东北经济,破解东北人口困局。Recently,major media have discussed these topics about Northeast population crisis,northeast aggravated aging population and loss of successor of Northeast Development and so on. Historical big trend of＂braving the journey to the northeast＂have increased the population in Northeast. However,the deceleration of economic development in the Northeast led to a huge loss of population slow. Even the phenomenon of negative population growth has occurred. This essay makes analysis on the situation and causes of Northeast population crisis and proposes series suggestions and measures for categories restructuring of state- owned enterprises. Universities provide employment opportunities for innovation and changing cultural traditions to promote regional cooperation,in hope of providing reference value for reviving the economy of Northeast and cracking Northeast population crisis.
