大型综合医院利用远程模式对山区基层医院开展健康教育的实践与思考

摘　　要：中国是一个人口众多、医疗资源分配不均的国家,较好的医疗资源大都集中在大城市,山区基层医院存在着资源配置不均、卫生服务体系不够完善、技术力量薄弱等现象。为了缩短城乡差距,共建和谐社会,本文探索在"互联网+"时代,大型综合医院利用云计算、云服务等远程技术对山区基层医院开展一系列的健康教育和援助,如远程健康教育、远程教学实践、远程学术交流、远程病历讨论、远程科学研究、远程应急援助等,打造大型综合医院与山区基层医院实现医疗资源共享、信息交互、技术扶持的平台,进一步促进山区基层医院的建设、进步和繁荣。China has a large population and the allocation of medical resources is uneven. Better medical resources are mostly concentrated in big cities. The health service system and medical resource in mountain area are not perfect, the technical force is weak. In order to shorten the gap between urban and rural areas and build a harmonious society, this paper explores the use of cloud computing, cloud services and other remote technology to carry out a series of health education and assistance, such as remote health education, remote education practice, remote case discussion, remote scientific research, remote emergency assistance, etc. To build a platform for large comprehensive hospital and basic level hospitals achieve medical resource sharing, information exchange, technology support, and further promote the construction, progress and prosperity of the mountain community.
