蓝、红光联合胶原贴敷料治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价欧美娜蓝、红光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效.方法：将216例面部痤疮患者分为实验组与对照组：实验组116例,欧美娜蓝、红光照射后联合胶原贴敷料治疗;对照组100例,单独使用欧美娜蓝、红光照射治疗.结果：4周炎性皮损治疗有效率：对照组28％（28/100）,实验组72.4％ （84/116）,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;8周炎性皮损治疗有效率：对照组71％ （71/100）,实验组90.5％（105/116）,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：欧美娜蓝、红光照射联合胶原贴敷料治疗寻常性痤疮疗效高,不良反应少.Objective To investigate clinical observation of Omnilux blue and red light combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods 216 cases of facial acne vulgaris patients,randomly divided into two groups：116 cases in the experimental group （Omnilux blue and red light combined with collagen dressing） and 100 cases in the control group （Omnilux blue and red light only）.Results The treatment efficiency of inflammatory lesion after 4 weeks showed that the effective rate in the experimental group was 72.4% compared to 28% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment results of inflammatory lesion after 8 weeks showed that efficiency was 90.5% in the experimental group,while 71% in the control group,and difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Combined Omnilux blue and red light with collagen dressing in the treatment of acne vulgaris is effective and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
