摘　　要：目的：观察普萘洛尔对婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效;方法：76例婴幼儿血管瘤增殖期患者口服普萘洛尔治疗,10天、1月、3月、半年、1年后随访,观察血管瘤愈后情况;结果：平均服药时间6个月（3 ～ 12个月）,服药后有1例患儿出现心率减慢（1.31％）,治疗有效74例（97.3％）,其中萎缩＞50％者63例（82.9％）.结论：普萘洛尔对婴幼儿血管瘤治疗确切有效,且未发现明显毒副作用.Objective To survey the curative effect of propranolol for Infantile Hemangioma.Method Proliferating Infantile Hemangioma patients take propranolol treatment, Follow-up 10 day, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, observe the prognosis of Infantile Hemangioma. Result Average treatment is 6 month （3-12month）, there is 1 patient cause side effect（lower heart rate）. Treatment effect 74 in 76 patients（97.3%）, and 63 patients tumor shrinking 〉50%（82.9%）. Condution Treatment of Propranolo is efficacious in Infantile Hemangioma, and no serious side effect.
