摘 要:随着环境的破坏和资源的衰减,节能、环保、可持续发展的概念已成为全社会的共识。因此在国家大力促进村镇建设的背景下,以"四节一环保"和可持续发展概念为核心的绿色村镇建设成为我国村镇发展的一个重要方向。确立客观和合理的严寒地区绿色村镇指标体系对于绿色村镇的建设和引导绿色村镇的发展有着重要意义。根据绿色村镇的内涵,借鉴与其相关的生态、可持续、绿色建筑、城市理论,以频度分析和理论分析的方法初步选取指标。在此基础上,通过对典型村镇调研数据离散化处理,应用粗糙集及属性约简模型对数据进行指标筛选处理,确定最优指标体系。通过将粗糙集理论确定评价指标体系与实际情况对比,验证了粗集集属性简约模型可行性。As destruction of the environment and attenuation of resources,energy saving, environmental protection,the concept of sustainable development has become the consensus of the whole society. Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of villages and towns in our country,green village which with "four saving and an environmental protection" and sustainable development concept as the core has became an important direction of the development of the villages and towns in China. Yet for green town especially whose climate environment of cold region,villages and towns construction should pay more attention to which aspects,what's the point,how to evaluate the green level of the construction of the village? So establish the objective and reasonable index system of cold region green village has become more important significance to construction of green village and guide the development of green village. Using frequency analysis methods and theoretical analysis,the primary target to is determined. Through the typical villages of discrete data processing,based on data applicate rough set attribute reduction model to determine the optimal index system. Though contrast the index system preferred by the method of rough set and the fact,illustration rough set attribute reduction model is feasible.
