D型人格与伴有症状痔患者相关性的调查

摘　　要：为研究D型人格对伴有症状痔患者的影响，收集有效门诊患者113例，完成一般情况调查，根据D型人格量表（DType Personality Scale，DS14）得分分为D型人格组（33例）和非D型人格组（80例），并使用生活质量量表（SF-36）进行评估。结果显示，D型人格组和非D型人格组躯体疼痛得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0。01），生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，具有D型人格的伴有症状痔患者对躯体疼痛更敏感，D型人格对伴有症状痔患者健康相关生活质量有影响。To research the influence of type D personality on patients with symptomatic hemorrhoids, 113 cases were collected from the outpatient department.The investigation on general data of all cases was com- pleted.Based on the scores of D Type Personality Scale （DS14）, they were divided into type D personality group （33 cases） and non-type D personality group （80 cases）.SF-36 was also used for life quality evalua- tion.The results showed that significant difference was found between the two groups in somatic pain（ P 〈0.01）, but no significant difference in physiological function, physiological role, general health, vitality＇ social function,emotional function and mental health （ P 〉0.05）.It is concluded that patients with type D personality and symptomatic hemorrhoids are more sensitive to somatic pain, therefore,type D personality has influence on the quality of life of patients with symptomatic hemorrhoids.
