外剥内扎加弧形皮桥整形术治疗重度环状混合痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察外剥内扎加弧形皮桥整形术治疗重度环状混合痔的疗效，将120例重度环状混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组采用外剥内扎加弧形皮桥整形术治疗，对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗，比较两组疗效。结果显示，两组疗效相当，但在创面愈合时间、术后疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿、肛门皮赘残留等方面比较观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，外剥内扎加弧形皮桥整形术治疗重度环状混合痔具有较高的临床使用价值。To observe the efficacy of external dissection and internal,ligation plus arc for severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, 120 cases of this hemorrhoids were ran tion group and control group, 60 cases for each group.Observation group underwen internal ligation plus arched skin bridge plasty,control group received conventiona lnterna hed skin bridge plasty domized into observa- t external dissection and 1 external dissection and ligation.Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy.The results showed that the clinical effica- cy was similar in both groups,but observation group was superior to control group in wound healing time, postoperative pain,bleeding,anal edge edema,and anal skin tag residual（ P 〈0.05）.it is concluded that ex ternal dissection and internal ligation plus arched skin bridge plasty is of high clinical value for severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
