肛门后正中切扩术加芎元膏外涂治疗肛裂114例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察肛门后正中切扩术加芎元膏外涂治疗肛裂的临床效果，将216例肛裂患者分为A、B两组，A组114例采刚肛门后正中切扩术加芎元膏外涂治疗，B组102例采用肛门后正中切扩术治疗，观察两组患者术后的临床疗效、并发症等指标。结果显示，A组治愈率100％高于B组81．4％（P〈0．01）；A组疼痛VAS评分较B组低（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；A组任创口感染、肛缘水肿、控便能力等方面优于B组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，芎元膏有促进肛裂创面愈合，改善肛裂术后肛门功能，减轻疼痛的作用。To observe the clinical efficacy of anal medial incision and dilatation plus external application of Xiongyuan ointment,the 216 cases of anal fissure were divided into group A and group B.Group A （ n=114） received anal medial incision and dilation plus external application of Xiongyuan ointment, while group B （ n = 102） underwent alone anal medial incision and dilatation.Both groups were compared for clinical ef- ficacy and complications.The results showed that group A had a higher curative rate （ P 〈0.01） ,but lower VAS scores of pain than group B（ P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）;group A was superior to group B in wound infec- tion,anal edema,and bowel movement control（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that Xiongyuan ointment is able to promote wound healing,improve anal function,and reduce pain.
