黛力新联合心理干预治疗肛门直肠神经症的疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨黛力新口服联合心理干预对肛门直肠神经症的治疗作用，将120例肛门直肠神经症患者随机分为对照组、黛力新组、心理干预组和联合组，每组30例。对照组采取传统方法治疗，黛力新组在对照组的基础上给予黛力新口服治疗，心理干预组在对照组的基础上对患者进行心理干预治疗，联合组在对照组治疗的基础上给予黛力新口服及心理干预治疗，疗程均为1个月，观察4组的疗效。结果显示，黛力新组及心理干预组在焦虑、抑郁等情绪改善方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），而联合组则显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）；黛力新组及心理干预组的整体疗效与对照组相比，均明显提高（P〈0．05），而联合组的疗效则显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，黛力新联合心理干预能显著改善肛门直肠神经症的精神症状，提高疗效。To probe the clinical efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen tablets joint psychological interven- tion for anorectal neurosis,the 120 cases of anorectal neurosis were randomly divided into control group, flupentixol and melitracen tablets group,psychological intervention group and combined therapy group, 30 cases for each group. Control group received conventional therapy.In addition to conventional therapy, the other three groups received flupentixol and melitracen tablets, psychological intervention,and pentixol and melitracen tablets joint psychological intervention,respectively.All groups were treated for one month, then were observed for clinical efficacy. The results showed tb.at flupentixol and melitracen tablets group and psychological intervention group were superior to control group in improvements of emotional symptoms such as anxiety, depression（ P 〈0.05）, but combined therapy group was marked superior to control group （ P 〈0.01）;compared with control group,the overall curative effect got obviously improved in flupentixol and melitracen tablets group and psychological intervention group（ P 〈0.05）, combined therapy group was marked superior to control group （ P 〈0.01）.It is concluded that flupentixol and melitracen tablets joint psychological intervention for anorectal neurosis can improve the psychological symptoms of anorectal neu rosis and enhance curative effect.
