烫熨疗法联合循经闪罐对重度混合痔外剥内扎术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：根据中医经络理论，选取特定腧穴进行烫熨疗法并联合循经闪罐达到疏通经络，调畅气血，减轻肛肠病手术后疼痛、尿潴留、便秘、水肿的目的。将200例行外剥内扎术术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各100例。试验组除接受常规治疗外进行烫熨疗法和循经闪罐操作，对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察两组疼痛、尿潴留、便秘、创口水肿等情况。结果显示，试验组在术后疼痛、尿潴留、便秘、创口水肿等方面优于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结果表明，烫熨疗法联合循经闪罐可以有效缓解重度混合痔外剥内扎术后患者的疼痛、尿潴留、便秘、创口水肿等并发症。According to the TCM theory of meridians,specific acupoints were selected for ironing therapy and quick cupping along meridians so as to unblock channels, regulate qi and blood,reduce postoperative pain, urinary retention, constipation, edema in anorectal disease.The 200 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoids undergoing external dissection and internal ligation were randomized into trial group and control group, 100 cases for each group.Trial group received conventional therapy plus ironing therapy and quick cupping a- long meridians, while control group received alone conventional therapy. Both groups were observed for postoperative pain, urinary retention, constipation, wound edema. Results showed that the trial group was superior to control group in postoperative pain, urinary retention, constipation, wound edema （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that ironing therapy plus quick cupping along meridians can effectively relieve post- operative pain, urinary retention, constipation, wound edema and other complications in severe mixed hem- orrhoids undergoing external dissection and internal ligation.
