摘　　要：我站在涅瓦河上,遥望着, 巨人一般的以撒大教堂; 在寒雾的薄薄的幽暗中, 它高耸的圆顶闪着金光。 ——《我站在涅瓦河上》 每一个美丽的城市都有一条美丽的河流。涅瓦河就是圣彼得堡的象征,位于波罗的海芬兰湾东端的涅瓦河三角洲,是俄罗斯通往欧洲的窗口。它像一条蓝色的丝带,串起了这座城市一个个艺术殿堂。普希金曾在圣彼得堡生活写作,并于1844年写下著名的抒情诗篇《我站在涅瓦河上》,来赞美涅瓦河畔的英雄之城圣彼得堡。这座城市从初建开始,就与涅瓦河有着分不开的关联。圣彼得堡是俄罗斯第二大城市。The Neva River is an essential part of St.Petersburg's charm.Many generations of locals and visitors to the city have been completely enraptured by long,evening walks along the banks of the Neva during the city's famous White Nights.Very few things can be more romantic than strolling along the Neva's granite-clad embankments and admiring the city's open bridges,the marvelous architecture and the large ships as they pass by.Since the foundation of the city,the Neva was intended to be the 'main street of the city'.Throughout most of the 18 th century there were no bridges across the river and people were ferried from one bank to the other,just the way Peter the Great intended when he founded his 'Venice of the North'.
