摘　　要：介绍了离子膜片碱生产工艺,分析了片碱结块的原因——碱浓度低、加糖量多、闪蒸效果差、设备结构尺寸不合适、高温潮湿的环境,提出了解决措施。Production process of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda flake was introduced .Causes of agglomeration of flakes were analyzed , including low concentration of caustic soda , too much sugar added, poor effect of flash distillation , unsuitable equipment dimension , and high temperature and moist conditions .Solutions were proposed .
