日粮添加硫辛酸对海南黑山羊育肥羔羊日粮养分表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究日粮中添加α-硫辛酸对海南黑山羊育肥羔羊养分表观消化率的影响。选取30只3月龄、体重相近（10．71±0．42）kg的海南黑山羊，随机分为3个组，每组10只（公母各半），粗饲料为新鲜王草，精饲料中分别添加0、300、600mg／kg α-硫辛酸，正试期70d。结果表明，日粮精料添加600mg／kgα-硫辛酸显著提高了黑山羊平均日增重和饲料转换效率（P〈0．05）。日粮精料中添加300～600mg／kg α-硫辛酸对海南黑山羊日均养分采食量影响不显著（P〉0．05），对海南黑山羊能量、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中洗纤维、酸洗纤维的表观消化率无显著影响（P〉0．05），但会提高钙、磷、粗脂肪的表观消化率（P〈0．05）。研究表明，日粮中添加600mg／kg硫辛酸可显著提高海南黑山羊的日增重，对海南黑山羊日均养分采食量无显著影响，但可提高钙、磷、粗脂肪的表观消化率。To investigate the effect of diet α-lipoic acid （LA） on apparent nutrients digestibility in Hainan black goats fattening lambs, 30 goats were randomly assigned with three levels of LA in the concentration diet （0, 300, 600 mg/kg） for 70 days. The results showed that goats fed with the diet with 600 mg/kg LA had a significantly higher ADG and better feed conversion rate （FCR） compared with goats with the basal diet only. Goats fed with the diet ＋ 300-600 mg/kg LA had no significant effect （P〉0.05） on the average daily nutrient feed intake of goats. Diet supplementation with LA had no significant effect （P 〉0.05） on the apparent digestibility of energy, crude protein, crude ash, NDF and ADF in the diet of goats. However, rising addition of LA in the diet increased the apparent digestibility of Ca, P and EE （P 〈0.05）. Diet supplementation with 600 mg/kg LA may improve the ADG and apparent digestibility of Ca, P and EE, and had no significant influence on the daily nutrient feed intake of goats.
