摘  要:目的:观察自拟中药联合平消胶囊在临床上治疗甲状腺结节的效果分析。方法:130位甲状腺结节患者随机分为3组,中药A组42例,给予口服左甲状腺素钠联合自拟中药治疗;中药B组45例,在中药A组的基础上加用平消胶囊外敷;对照组43例,给予口服左甲状腺素钠及安慰剂;比较3组治疗前后甲状腺结节最大直径平均值,及治疗后有效率。结果:中药A组和B组结节最大直径平均值均显著小于对照组,且中药B组显著低于中药A组;差异有统计学意义。3组有效率中药B组>中药A组>对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合甲状腺激素钠在治疗甲状腺结节的疗效上优于单纯的甲状腺激素钠。Objective: To observe and analysis the effect of self-made prescription combined with Pingxiao Capsule in the treatment of thyroid nodules. Methods: 130 patients with thyroid nodules were divided into 3 groups, the TCM group A, the TCM group B and the control group. Oral levothyroxine sodium combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine was used in the group A, Pingxiao capsule external application was used group B and the other treatment method was as same as group A, oral levothyroxine sodium combined with placebo was used in the control group. Thyroid nodule diameter average and the treatment effective rate was compared around the treatment. Results: The Thyroid nodule diameter average in both group A and group B was less than the control group. And the date of group A was remarkably less than group B. The difference was statistically significant. The effective rate: group B 〉 group A 〉 the control group.The difference was statistically significant. (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine combined with thyroid hormone sodium in the treatment of thyroid nodules is superior to simple thyroid hormone.
