祛瘀汤在下肢静脉曲张激光治疗术后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛瘀汤预防下肢静脉曲张激光治疗术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析82例下肢静脉曲张患者临床资料,根据术后处理方案的不同分为祛瘀汤组45例和对照组37例,对照组采用腔内激光治疗,术后常规处理,中药组在对照组的基础上加用祛瘀汤,在术后第3天,第10天和术后3月观察皮下血肿,皮下瘀斑,皮下硬结,患肢肿胀,患肢麻木的临床表现。结果:祛瘀汤在术后第10天和术后3月的并发症明显少于对照组。结论:祛瘀汤在预防静脉曲张激光术后的并发症方面有显著疗效。Objective： To study the effect of Quyu Tang in preventing post operative complications after the treatment of varicose vein of lower limb by the laser. Method： A retrospective analysis in 82 patients with lower extremity varicose, the patients were divided into Quyu Tang group with 45 cases and control group with 37 cases depending on the post operative treatment, control group with regular therapy, Quyu Tang group with Quyu Tang on the second day except regular therapy, observe the complications of 2 groups such as subcutaneous hematoma, subcutaneous ecchymosis, subcutaneous induration, limb swelling, limb numbness of clinical manifestations. Results： Complications were significantly less in Quyu Tang group than the control group in the tenth day and three month of post operation. Conclusion： Quyu Tang has significantly therapy effective in prevention of post operative complications of endovenous laser treatment for lower limb varicose.
