摘　　要：文章简要的介绍了三聚氰胺的性质和其在动物体内的代谢研究进展,重点对饲料中常用的三聚氰胺含量的测定方法进行了总结与分析,最后对目前三聚氰胺的测定方面所存在问题和今后的研究方向进行了探讨。Briefly introduced the nature of melamine and the research progress of metabolism in animals, the methods for determination of melamine in feed is summarized and analyzed importantly. Finally, the existing problems and future research directions in determination of melamine are discussed.
