摘 要:电力行业职业技能鉴定是电力技能人才队伍建设的一个重要抓手,在引导职业培训、保证人才培养等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本文在阐述电力行业职业技能鉴定需求的基础上,提出了基于技能鉴定驱动的电力行业培训考评系统建设的思路。该系统在"电力行业考试中心"平台的基础上,统一了报名管理流程,解决了考评过程繁琐、无法重用的问题;同时,提供了一个在各种复杂评定环境下更灵活的考评机制。本研究有望为电力行业培训考评工作提供一定的参考和借鉴,并促进电力行业培训考评工作的进一步发展。Vocational skill verification of the power industry is an important starting point for the construction of electricity skilled personnel, and it has been played an irreplaceable role in guiding vocational training and ensuring personnel training. On the basis of describing the need of vocational skill verification in the power industry, this paper proposed the idea that the training evaluation system construction of power industry by the driving of skill verification. The system took "the power industry test center" platform as the base,unified the registration management process, solved the problem of evaluation process complicatedly and incapably reuse; at the same time,providing a more flexible evaluation mechanism in a variety of complex assessment environment. The study is expected to provide a reference for the work of power industry training evaluation, and promote the further development of the power industry training evaluation.
