摘 要:该文以硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)为固化基材,以沸石为添加剂、熟石灰为促凝剂,研究了乳化剂用量对放射性废有机溶剂水泥固化性能的影响,包括浆料流动度、凝结时间及固化体28d抗压强度等,比较了MR-1和T-80型这2种乳化剂作用下模拟放射性废有机溶剂的水泥固化效果。结果表明:这2种乳化剂作用下均可有效固化放射性废有机溶剂(TBP/OK)。所得浆料流动度在17.1~24.5cm之间,凝结时间在20~44min,固化体28d抗压强度均大于7MPa,符合GB14569.1-2011规定。与MR-1比较,T-80型乳化剂所得浆料流动度较小,凝结时间较短,且随乳化剂加量的增加均呈递增趋势;T-80型乳化剂所得固化体28d抗压强度较大。X射线衍射法(XRD)分析显示:废有机溶剂和乳化剂的加入没有改变水泥水化产物。Spent radioactive organic solvent was solidified using calcium sulfoaluminate cement(SAC),zeolite and slaked lime as the basic materials with additives and accelerators. Two kinds of emulsifiers,MR-1and T-80,were evaluated based on the fluidity,setting times and 28 dcompressive strength.The results show that the spent radioactive organic solvent can be solidified using these two emulsifiers.The fluidity was from 17.1cm to 24.5cm,the setting time was from 20 min to 44 min,and the 28 dcompressive strength was more than 7 MPa,meeting the requirements of GB14569.1-2011.The fluidity of the cement slurry with T-80 was smaller than with MR-1and the setting time was shorter and both increased with increasing amounts of emulsifier.The 28 dcompressive strength was higher with T-80.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses suggested that the additions of tri-butyl phosphate kerosene(TBP/OK)and the emulsifiers did not interfere with the formation of the SAC hydration products.
