摘　　要：为打造中国国家游泳队的团队文化,增强队伍"软实力",运用文献资料及文本分析等方法进行研究,得出以下结论:中国国家游泳队团队文化是包括物质层、制度层、精神层的系列文化集合体。以打造"铁军文化"为目标的团队文化建设,要分别对应这3个层面的内容,从而不断提升队伍凝聚力和综合制胜力。To construct the team culture for swimming team of China,thus to enhance the SOFT POWER,the article carries on a comprehensive analysis and research with the ways of questionnaire survey,literature review and so on. Results show that team culture for swimming team of China is composed of such three layers as substance layer,organizing layer and spirit layer,which is corresponded to IRON CULTURE- the construction aim of team culture for swim team of China,so as to improve the team agglomeration as well as the competence of comprehensive subduing.
