我国西北地区农民体育锻炼行为特征及干预措施研究

摘　　要：我国西北地区是一个多民族、多文化交融的区域,农村问题目前仍是困扰该地区发展的大问题。研究主要运用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等社会学研究方法,在对西北地区农民体育锻炼行为调查的基础上,归纳、总结其特征,并针对其中存在的问题,制订针对性的对策及建议,以期促进该地区农民体育事业的可持续发展。未来西北地区农民体育的发展应结合区域的自然地理环境、人文社会环境,在国家相关政策指引下,着力加强五个工程建设:体育场地的扩建、新建工程;体育下基层工程;继续推进基础教育工程;民族传统体育活动的组织、保护工程;加快社会体育指导员培养工程。Northwest China is a multi- ethnic,multi- cultural blend of regional,rural issues while the region is still plagued by the development of a big problem. In this study,methods used as the sociological study of literature,expert interviews,field visits,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on make it possible to analyze the behavior of physical exercise on the Northwest investigation,summarizing their characteristics. Meanwhile,specific measures and recommendations are put forward to promote the region’s farmers and sustainable development of sports. It is drawn that northwest sports development should be combined with future farmers’ geographical environment and social environment area under the national policy guidelines shall focus on strengthening such five projects as expansion,new construction of sports venues; sports grassroots projects; continue to promote basic education project; national traditional sports organizations,protection works; accelerate social sports instructor training project.
