摘 要:目的探讨有氧运动对焦虑模型大鼠不同组织和血清自由基代谢及酶活性的影响,从自由基生物学的角度阐述有氧运动缓解不良心理对机体伤害的机制。方法大鼠随机分为安静组(A组,10只)和焦虑模型组(M组,20只),再将焦虑模型大鼠分为2组,即模型有氧运动恢复组(MY组)和模型自然恢复组(MH组),分别进行4周有氧运动恢复和自然恢复后,测试大鼠不同组织和血清自由基代谢及酶活性。结果 (1)MY组大鼠血清与各组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性高于MH组,变化有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),MY组大鼠各组织和血清SOD活性与A组比较变化无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)MY组大鼠血清和各组织丙二醛(MDA)含量接近A组水平,无显著性差异(P>0.05),与MH组比较,有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(3)MY组大鼠脑、心肌、肝脏、肾脏、股四头肌组织和血清H2O2含量均高于A组,无显著性差异(P>0.05),MY组大鼠脑、心肌、肝脏、肾脏、股四头肌和血清H2O2含量都低于MH组,有显著性或极显著性丙二醛(P<0.05或P<0.01),分别下降30.31%、21.33%、18.50%、16.07%、16.94%和33.03%,其中脑组织和血清H2O2含量下降幅度较大。(4)MY组大鼠脑、心肌、肝脏、肾脏、股四头肌和血清GSH含量均低于A组,无显著性差异(P>0.05),MY组大鼠脑、心肌、肝脏、肾脏、股四头肌和血清各胱甘肽(GSH)含量均高于MH组,有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),分别升高15.60%、18.23%、12.39%、16.86%、15.03%和15.03%,其中心肌GSH含量上升幅度最大。(5)MY组与A组比较,大鼠血清各丙转氨酶(ALT)、各草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶LDH活性和尿蛋白(TP)含量变化无显著性差异(P>0.05);MH组与A组比较,大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH活性和尿蛋白(TP)含量变化有显著性差异(P<0.05)。MY组与A组比较,大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH活性Objective To demonstrate aerobic exercise on anxiety in rats with serum free radical metabolism in different tissues and enzyme activities of serum. Methods 30 Rats were randomly divided into quiet group( group A,10) and anxiety model groups( M group,20),Anxiety model rats were divided into two groups( model aerobic exercise recovery group,MY group and model natural recovery group,MH group),respectively 4 weeks aerobic exercise aerobic exercise recovery and non- recovery,the test different tissues of rats with serum free radical metabolism and serum enzyme activity. Results( 1)Serum MY group and SOD,CAT,T- AOC activity higher than MH group of organizations,there was a significant change or very significant( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01),comparing the change no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05) for each tissue and serum SOD activity and A group MY rats.( 2) Serum and MDA content of MY group of rats were close to A group,there was no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05). Compared with MH group,there was a significant change or very significant( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01).( 3) The brain,heart,liver,kidneys,quadriceps tissue and serum of rats MY H2O2 content were higher than A group,no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05),MY rat brain,heart,liver,kidney,quadriceps tissue and serum tissue and serum concentrations are lower than MH H2O2 group,there were significant or highly significant( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01),decreased by 30. 31%,21. 33%,18. 50%,16. 07%,16. 94% and 33. 03%,including brain tissue and serum H2O2 decreased by a big margin.( 4) The brain,heart,liver,kidney,tissue and serum GSH content quadriceps MY group of rats were lower than A group,no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05),MY rat brain,heart,liver,kidney,quadriceps tissue and serum GSH levels were higher than MH group,there were significant or highly significant( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01),increased15. 60%,respectively,18. 23%,12. 39%,16. 86%,15. 03 % and 15. 03%,of which the largest in
