摘  要:通过在4100QB-Z型柴油机上分别燃用0#柴油和标号为M15、M30微乳甲醇柴油,研究不同燃油燃烧的稳定性、经济性、动力性及排放性等特征指标。结果表明:输出功率恒定时,标号M15、M30相对于0#柴油的油耗增率介于-1.32%~4.66%、1.21%~13.29%,说明甲醇促使燃油油耗一定幅度的升高,但综合甲醇价格优势,微乳甲醇柴油经济性优于0#柴油;且燃用M15的输出功率及转速均大于燃用0#柴油,微乳甲醇柴油动力性能优势明显;排放性方面,微乳甲醇柴油的常规排放(CO、HC、NOx和烟度)明显低于0#柴油。A 4100QB-Z diesel engine was applied to investigate the combustion stability, fuel economy, power performance and conventional emissions by using of 0# diesel, M15 and M30 methanol-diesel microemulsion fuels, respectively. The experiment results show that the oil consumption growth rate of M15, M30 methanol-diesel microemulsion compared with 0# diesel is respectively between -1.32% -4.66 %, 1.21% -13.29 % when output power is constant, but economy of methanol-diesel is more prominent than 0 # diesel because of the priee of methanol. And out power and speed of burning M15 methanol-diesel mieroemulsion is larger than 0# diesel. Methanol-diesel is more powerful. On emissions, conventional emissions (CO, HC, NOx and Smoke intensity) of methanol-diesel microemulsion are obviously reduced compared with 0 # diesel. The article can be provided a reference for the practical application of the low proportion of methanol-dieseL
