摘　　要：我国当前要搞好平安建设,必须以社会治理为视角,通过全面发挥公安机关社会治安防控的主导作用,强化政府其他部门的职责,加强社区治安治理基础工作,建立社会参与的警务工作机制等举措,实现警务的社会化。In order to do a good job in the safety construction,we shall strengthen the responsibility of other governmental departments and step up community security by giving full play to the leading role of public security organs in social order management and establish policing work mechanism including social participation to realize police socialization.
