摘　　要：目的探讨B型利钠肽测定在不同心衰教学的体会。方法将B型利钠肽测定在不同心衰患者纳入研究组,同期在我院进行体检的健康者纳入对照组,检测血浆中B型利钠肽的含量以及心功能指标。结果观察组的B型利钠肽水平高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;BNP含量与E峰值、E/A比值、左心室射血分数LVEF、左心室舒张末期直径LVEDD呈负相关。结论慢性心力衰竭患者血浆中的B型利钠肽含量升高,且与心功能具有较好的相关性,其含量的测定能够准确反映病情。Objective To explore the determination of B-type natriuretic peptide in heart failure different teaching experience.Methods Determination of B-type natriuretic peptide in heart failure patients into different study, at the same time in the hospital for a medical healthy subjects into the research of the control group, detection in plasma b-type natriuretic peptide levels and heart function index.Results The observation group of patients with b-type natriuretic peptide levels higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, the BNP levels and peak E and E/A ratio, left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter LVEDD negatively correlated. Conclusion Patients with chronic heart failure in plasma b-type natriuretic peptide levels increased significantly, and cardiac function has good correlation, the determination of its content can relfect the illness.
