指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端皮肤缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端皮肤缺损的临床表现,围绕现实病案资料,分析有效的应对措施。方法随机选取某院2010年1月-2014年12月收治的28例指端皮肤缺损患者,采用指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣缺损创面,根据修复效果及患者常见的临床表现,判断分析该修复治疗法的应用价值。结果 28例患者中,坏死1例,3例出现不良反应,水泡1例、皮瓣瘀血2例,成活率为96.43%,修复效果良好。结论选择指背筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复法修复患者指端皮肤缺损是临床中较为常见且应用效果良好的治疗方法,虽会出现不同种情况的不良反应,但安全性好,成活率高。Objective To study the clinical manifestations of the skin defect of the ifnger tip, and to analyze the effective measures to deal with the real case.Methods Selected 28 cases of skin defect were selected from January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital, cases of skin defect were treated by using the reverse island skin lfap of the dorsal fascia, compared the application value of repair cure by analyzed the remediation effect and clinical manifestation of patients.Results 28 patients, necrosis in 1 cases, 3 cases of adverse reactions, blisters in 1 cases, 2 cases of skin lfap congestion survival rate was 96.43%, the repair effect was good.Conclusion The choice of the dorsal fascia island lfap pedicled with retrograde island skin flap to repair the skin defect is a more common and effective treatment method, although there will be different kinds of adverse reactions, but the safety is good, the survival rate is high.
