摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨旋入钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法应用有限切开复位肱骨旋入钉固定治疗58例肱骨干骨折患者。结果 58例均获得随访,时间12-24个月,患者均骨性愈合,愈合时间为4-8个月,肩关节功能按Neer评分标准评定：优35例,良20例,可3例,优良率为94.8%。结论肱骨旋入钉内固定技术操作简单、手术时间短、手术损伤小、并发症少,是治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of screwing-type intramedullary nail for humeral shaft fractures.Methods Selected 58 patients of humeral shaft fractures with interal fixation using screwing-type intramedullary nail were enrolled.ResultsAll patients were followed up for 12 to 42months, all thefractures healed within 4 to 8 months,and no complications were found,according to near scoring system,functional of shoulder of all patients were excellent in 35 cases,good in 20 cases,and fair in 3 cases and the excellent and good rate was 94.8%.Conclusion Screwing-type intramedullary nail for humeral shaft fractures has the advantages of easy operating,short operation time,mini-injury and fewer complications,which is an effective method for humeral shaft fractures..
