对住院患者实施护理管理预防压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对住院患者实施护理管理预防压疮。方法选择江苏省海安县人民医院2014年1月-2015年3月住院的230例患者作为研究对象,实施下列护理管理：强化管理、进行压疮危险评估、加强基础护理、营养支持治疗、健康教育与心理护理、高危压疮患者追踪管理及护理质量考评。结果 230例患者及家属对相关知识掌握201例（87.39%,201/230）,积极配合224例（97.39%,224/230）;发生压疮2例（0.97%,1/230）（均为难免压疮）。患者及家属对护理满意226例（98.61%,226/230）,未发生护理纠纷。结论对压疮实施护理管理,能够提高患者及家属对相关知识掌握及积极配合程度,增加患者及家属对护理满意度,降低压疮的发生率,减轻痛苦和不必要的经济负担。Objective To prevent the value of nursing management in the prevention of pressure sores in patients hospitalized.Methods Selected 230 patients hospitalized in haian county, county, Jiangsu province from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research object, and the following nursing management, strengthening management, carrying out risk assessment, strengthening basic nursing, nutritional support treatment, health education and psychological nursing, nursing quality evaluation of patients with high risk.Results 201 cases （87.39%, 201/230）, 224 cases （97.39%, 224/230）, 2 cases （0.97%, 1/230） （ both of which were inevitably pressure sores ） were associated with the knowledge of patients and their families. Patients and their families were satisifed with nursing care in 226 cases （98.61%, 226/230）, no nursing disputes occurred.Conclusion The implementation of nursing management, can improve the patients and their families on the relevant knowledge and actively cooperate with the degree of patients and their families to care satisfaction, reduce the incidence of pressure sores, reduce the pain and unnecessary economic burden, it is worthy of clinical application.
