摘　　要：针对具有细长针脚的电器插接件进行了级进模设计,对成形过程中易出现的扭曲、偏摆和垫伤等问题,提出了解决方案。通过半断冲裁和改变凸、凹模结构等措施,能有效防止细长针脚类电器插接件的质量问题和模具损伤。In this paper,progressive die for the electrical connectors with slender stitches was designed,and solutions to the common problems such as distortion,deflection and pressure injury in the forming process were presented.Through semi-separated blanking and changing the structure of punch and die,both quality problems of the electrical connectors with slender stitches and mold damage can be effectively prevented.
