摘  要:以磁震源震源体数控铣加工的夹具为案例,介绍了异形面夹具的设计方法。超磁震源是一种新型的井间声波CT震源,震源体是超磁震源的主要部件。它的外形是一曲面,为了能成批生产质量合格的产品,只有设计夹具。从"六点定位原理"出发,分析了超磁震源震源体数控铣加工的夹具设计的方法和步骤。在设计过程中为了使夹具不仅能起到装夹定位的作用,还能顺利加工出来。重点介绍了刀具、加工工艺、定位原理等多方面的因素对夹具设计的影响以及解决方法。结果表明,从"六点定位原理"出发,考虑刀具、加工工艺等各方面的因素而设计出来的异形面夹具,能保证生产的产品合格率达100%。Based on the machining fixture NC magnetic source,the design of the irregular surface of fixture was introduced.Super magnetic source is a CT acoustic source model of crosshole,of which focal body is the main component.Because of the curved surface shape,the design of fixture is needed to produce high quality products.From the"six point location principle"starting,the method and steps of CNC milling fixture design for the source body of super magnetic source were analyzed.In the design process,in order to make the fixture not only play the role of clamping and positioning,but also ensure the smooth progress,the factors of fixture design and solutions like tools,machining process and positioning principle and other aspects were introduced.The practice results show that,by considering the "six point location principle",special surface of fixture tools,machining and other factors,the fixture ensure product qualification rate of 100%.
