认知护理在改善甲状腺瘤手术患者应激反应中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨认知护理在改善甲状腺瘤手术患者应激反应中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2014年6—12月沈阳医学院附属中心医院收治的甲状腺瘤手术患者86例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组患者术前给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用认知护理,比较两组患者的血压、心率、SAS评分及SDS评分。结果观察组患者舒张压、收缩压及心率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论认知护理对甲状腺瘤手术患者的应激反应具有积极作用,可明显降低其心理及生理应激反应。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive nursing in improving the stress response in patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods From June 2014 to December 2014,86 patients with thyroid tumor surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method,43 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,the observation group were treated with cognitive nursing on the basis of the control group,the blood pressure,heart rate,SAS score and SDS score of two groups were compared.Results Observation group patients with diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group of patients with SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than that of the control group,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cognitive nursing on patients with thyroid tumour operation stress reaction has a positive effect,significantly reduced the psychological and physiological stress response.
