摘  要:新建柴山采矿场多金属矿区,设计生产能力100万吨/年,矿石输送采用胶带运输斜井。胶带运输斜井基岩段长933.1 m,掘进断面面积12.97 m2,属于较长斜井。断面开挖采取导洞超前开挖,光面爆破后续跟进,即"两小一大"交替作业方式。通过CY-2型井下铲运机与小汽车搭配,出碴实现无轨运输。施工组织采用"四六工作制",取得最高月进121.5 m的好成绩,实现了斜井安全高效、优质快速施工,经济效益与社会效益明显,为同类长斜井施工积累了丰富的经验。The designed production capacity of the new Chaishan Polymetallic Mine is 1 million t / a. The ore is transported by a belt-conveyor inclined shaft in the mine. The belt-conveyor inclined shaft,whose length is 933.1 m in bedrock and the tunneling sectional area is 12.97 m2,belongs to the long shaft. The section takes pilot advanced excavation,and smooth blasting follow-up,namely ' two small-one big' alternate mode of operation. Transported by CY-2 type underground scraper and car coordinating,the muck achieves trackless transport. Construction organization uses 'four-six cross system'cyclic operation,which achieves good result that the highest speed is 121. 5 m per month. It realizes safety,efficiency,high quality and quick speed construction. The economic and social benefits are significant. It has accumulated rich experience for the similar construction of long inclined shaft.
