摘　　要：目的探讨不同人群对优质护理的观点。方法研究者自行设计问卷,对2所"三甲"医院的医生、护士、实习护士、住院病人及社区健康人群各100名作为研究的对象,进行优质护理观点调查,将调查项目进行编码,用SPSS软件进行频数和百分率的计算。结果不同人群对优质护理的观点可归纳为:丰富的专业知识、服务态度及对患者关爱与沟通、患者的感受、提供健康教育和为患者提供护理帮助。结论不同人群对优质护理有其共同的观点,但各有侧重。本研究结果可为护理管理者制定护理质量标准和病人满意度调查问卷提供参考依据。以及对临床护理人员、卫校学生、实习生等进行培训。Objective To study the different groups of viewpoint about quality of care. Methods The researchers designed a questionnaire,to 2 ＂top three＂hospital doctors,nurses,practice nurses,inpatient and community health groups are 100 each as an object of study. quality care surveys conducted,will investigate the encode project,spss software for calculation of frequency and percentage. Results the viewpoint about quality of care in different populations can be summarized as follows： a wealth of expertise,quality service and care for patients with communication,patient experience,provide health education and nursing for patients help Conclusion Their common view of the quality of nursing care in different populations,but have different emphases. The results of this study can be used for nursing administrators develop standards of quality of care and patient satisfaction questionnaire to provide the reference. As well as on the clinical training of nursing staff and medical school students,interns,etc.
