应用管理软件进行职业暴露防护知识培训的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医务人员职业暴露防护知识培训的新方法,提高医务人员职业暴露防护意识,使其在诊疗过程中自觉执行防护措施,保障医务人员的职业安全。方法应用医院感染管理软件,链接职业暴露防护知识,对医院约3 000名医务人员进行培训,专职人员采取多种形式对2013、2014年培训效果进行考核评价。结果软件应用前后结果比较,职业防护知识知晓率由67.88%上升至88.87%;防护用品的配备率由67.11%上升至98.86%;防护用品的使用率由44.63%上升至54.91%;利器盒一次性使用率由52.63%上升至100.00%。结论应用医院感染管理软件,链接职业暴露防护知识,根据临床特点提供易学易记的方法进行职业暴露防护知识培训获得良好的效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the new method of occupational exposure protection knowledge training for health care workers,improve the awareness of occupational exposure protection,promote the conscious implementation of protection measures during the process of diagnosis and treatment,and ensure the occupational safety of the health care workers.METHODS The nosocomial infection management software was used to link the occupational exposure protection knowledge,the training was conducted for about 3 000 health care workers,and the training effects were assessed and evaluated by the professional staff with multiple forms in 2013 and 2014.RESULTS The awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge increased from 67.88% before the software was used to 88.87% after the software was used;the rate of equipping with preventive equipments increased from67.11%to 98.86%;the utilization rate of preventive equipments increased from 44.63%to 54.91%;the utilization rate of disposable sharp box increased from 52.63%to 100.00%.CONCLUSION It is an effective way to use the nosocomial infections software to link the occupational exposure protection knowledge and offer easy-to-learn and easy-to-memorize method for the occupational exposure protection knowledge training according to the clinical characteristics so as to achieve favorable effect.
