摘　　要：通过选择合适的阳离子易染涤纶切片,精准把握生产工艺关键点和改进设备,提高了涤纶膨体变形纱(BCF)的染色均匀性,生产出满足高档地毯要求的涤纶BCF。Through the selection of easy cation-dyeable polyester chip, the key point of the production pro-cess and the improvement of the equipment, the dyeing uniformity of the polyester bulked continuous fila-ment（BCF） is improved, and the polyester BCF with the requirement of the high grade carpet is produced.
